Hi,

So I have my corporate email set up with Outlook and I have different folders within my Inbox folder to which certain emails are filtered. Anything not assigned to a folder goes to the main Inbox folder.

What happens with the Curve is that all the non-assigned email ends up in my Inbox as expected, but none of the assigned emails get filtered into the folders. They don't show up at all within the folders, even though the folders themselves are there and working.

Any suggestions please? Thanks x

This is the second post I've seen about this and no answers yet; does anyone have a solution to this? I have exactly the same problem.
