When you say you try to log in to the Blackberry Site to access your email settings, do you mean this site
This is where everything is done for your BIS email to be pushed to your blackberry. IE; setting up filters, whether or not to forward email to your phone, the name of the account (the name of the icon that shows on your device). You also use this site to change your device's PIN/IMEI number in the case you get a replacement phone, or upgrade to a different blackberry...
