Default Disable Tone when using speed dial functions??

Please Login to Remove!

Whenever I use the 1 key to dial my voicemail the 8300 makes this tone just before it dials.

Is there a way to disable this?

Others have asked the same question...

What I do is, set my Profile to Silent or Vibrate, and it does not make the sound (which I kinda like... yea yea yea, i'm a dork) but others have reported that it still makes the sound on their device...

No soltion to this. That is something that RIM still has not paid attention. It really does not make sense to hear the key tones when you are using vibrate/silent profile.
