My unit does not vibrate or ring when new email arrives. Unfortunately, when I go to edit how "messages" are handled in any of the profiles (Loud, normal, vibrate, etc.), "Messages" is not one of the options (as it was on my old 8700). Instead, the options relating to messages are only "Level 1 Messages" and "Messages [Desktop]". I suspect that the latter option is the issue, and the parenthetical [Desktop] has something to do with it.

Any ideas?
