Just got my Cruve yesterday, was really pleased with it until....today.
I only made a couple of calls yesterday and didn't have any problems but today has been a nightmare. At least 6 times in the middle of phone calls, the Curve would display a red light and black screen, then the white screen would appear with the egg timer for at least 2 minutes, then show the home screen with a message about security or something.
I've done some extensive searching this forum today and discovered that the best option is to return the phone to the place where I got it and get a new replacement.
Out of all the people that have done that, have they continued to experience the same problem?
A lot of people have said that it's no uncommon amongst old handsets but surely as I only got mine yesterday, this can't be the case?
I don't have any 3rd party apps installed. Maybe I should also mention that I'm with O2 in the UK.
Any advice, comments are/is welcome.
