Default Using JL_Cmder to reset password

Please Login to Remove!

Would using this JL_Cmder and reinstalling the OS help get rid of the permanent lock i have on my password setting?

I cannot sync my 8300 with my mac and I think this may be why. I get an error message whenever I try to sync and I have the correct password entered each time.

thanks

it will do it unless there is an IT policy on the phone to keep the password.
