Default Can't delete email account

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,
I originally set up 2 email account in BIS (blackberry and a personal). I have deleted the personal account in BIS, but it still shows up as an account on my blackberry--I can choose as a send-from account as well as an account I can get messages from. I cannot send from it as the BIS account is not showing it.

Any idea on how to get this to disappear? I tried a hard-reset without luck.

Thanks,

Keith

Try deleting the service book associated with the account you want to remove.
Options > Advanced Options > Service Book > (email address) [CMIME]

Highlight the service book, click trackwheel and choose Delete.

Not if you delete the correct service book.
Only delete the one for your BIS email address that you're trying to remove.
Don't delete anything else.
