I am having an issue with my curve, it used to sync my email accounts fine, like if I deleted an email from my desktop, it would be removed from the BB but now it is still there and I have to go through and delete everything one by one.

Any ideas on why it is doing this?

Check your reconciliation settings on the handheld.

Messages > Options > Email Reconciliation > Wireless Reconcile = ?

I checked that and and it is set to:

Delete On: Mailbox & Handheld
Wireless Reconcile: On
On Conflict: Mailbox Wins.

ipac, are you on BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Service)? Unless you are, a normal BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) setup will not reconcile your deletes from the desktop to the BB. It will delete on your email server if deleted on the BB.

Neither way will it delete from your Outlook if deleted from your BB, not on BIS.

Ok, I guess when I switched back from the iPhone, I did the normal BIS, so for it to reconcile I will need to switch to BES?

What about if you sync the blackberry via USB - can it detect what you have deleted in your outlook & delete those mails off the blackberry. Also vica versa - ie. delete from outlook if deleted in blackberry.
