Default Removing e-mail account?

Hey, I did a search around the forum on how to remove an e-mail account I no longer want, and came across this website:
How to add / delete email addresses - BlackBerryFAQ
But, the page has been edited with spam links. Can anyone please help me out? I would greatly appreciate it. I just want to know how to remove an e-mail account I added to the phone.

Found it. Just messed around with the Service Books options.

Actually go on the bis internet and remove it from there so if you resend service books it won't come back.
