Default Curve adds a task due date of 2403

I'm new to BB and have a Curve from AT&T. I'm synchronizing with Outlook 2003. For any tasks in Outlook that I haven't set a due date (the due date is 'none') the BB Curve is adding a due date of 5/9/2403. I searched for '2403' on the forum and didn't find anything so I'm guessing that I'm missing something simple. Any help is appreciated.
