Try resending the service books. Also pull the battery for about 30 seconds and let the BB reboot.
Ask the CSR to make sure your BB is properly provisioned with a BB data plan. Have them reprovision it. Have the CSR resend the service books after they reprovision the BB.
Are you getting email? Do you have EDGE service? A good connection?
