I'm trying to update my OS, i had two installed for some reason, so i uninstalled them both, and installed the new one on the site. I followed the directions perfectly and everything went smooth but i keep getting the app error even when i go back and check my vendor.xml file is still deleted. I've tried twice and cant get my phone to boot up.

What do you mean the phone won't boot up? Did you wipe it and there is no OS on it right now?
