I run a small business. I don't have the Blackberry Enterprise option. I only use the PUSH option on my local email (@rogers.com) is there a way I can syncronize my rogers/yahoo calendar with my Blackberry Calendare wirelessly? What about contacts?

Last time I checked there is no way to sync it without first syncing it with outlook and then the device. You may want to try out Yahoo go that allows you to see your contacts and calendar from your BlackBerry. We ran a review of it at the link below if you want to see some screenshots.
