Blue Tooth help is hard to find. It took me months to figure out pairing with my Ferrari and the porsche was especially diffifult. ;) Hopefully someone will have the answer.

Try deleting the paring on both the phone and the car and then have them rediscover each other.

I have the same phone book synch problem with my 2007 S550. The phone works perfectly with Bluetooth but will not send the phone book to the car. My previous phone, the 8700c worked perfectly with the same car.

I convinced the dealer to replace the Bluetooth receiver with another one (latest version) and that did not solve the problem. My partner's iPhone phone book will synchronize...so the issue is with the software in the 8300.

I've gotten my 8300 (AT&T) to sync with the bluetooth module on my '08 E63, the only problem being that the phone book in the car is full and cannot completely load the phone book from my BB.

Why can't they standardize this feature??!! All of the BlackBerries work PERFECTLY with my '07 BMW and everyone else across BMW models that I know of. However, same phones in the Mercedes cars have trouble with phone books being full.

Here's what is getting me annoyed though. The Nokia E61i that I have will pair with my car but will not connect!? Yeah...

Smile Activate the Blackberry 8320 - Curve in MB M-Class

I called the Home -800.910.1021 and got the procedure to activate the blackberry curve assuming you have the bluetooth module in your Mercedes (I have the M-Class year 2008 not sure if it matters).

1. Press the Mercedes emblem on the bluethooth module
2. The blue light will start to blink (you can release your finger)
2. On the phone: press "search for connections"
3. It will find the MB system
4. Enter code: 62872
5. You are now connected

If the code does not work just call the on the number above

FYI, it transfers the whole phonebook, call history.....GREAT

I have something similar to you. My curve is from ATT but unlocked for Rogers. I wish I had an e63, but that is not the case. In any case, I can't remember which way it was, so you may need to try it twice.

You need to initiate the sending of address from the car first, and then it will work. Or, it is the opposite, you need to initiate the sending of address book from the phone first. It was a couple of months ago when I did it. I too was having a lot of problem, until I did the opposite of what I was doing (sorry for not remembering). Anyway, whatever you have initiated with, try the opposite.
