I can't seem to open any attachments in e-mails and MMS's. The option to open attachments is not listed in the Menu when I open the menu within the e-mail.

Any ideas?

How are you receiving your emails? Attachements will not work with the Re-Director if that is your method for receiving them.

Make sure the Blackberry Attachment Service is installed. You can look in Options >Advanced Options >Applications and it should be listed there. If it's not then use the Desktop Manager and the OS installation package to load it to the device. If it is there, try rebooting the device and see if it works after that.
