Default HRT list is gone.

Please Login to Remove!

i deleted all service books and reinstalled all applications. But now HRt list is empty. any ideas how to fix it?

battery trick didnt work out :( is there any other way to check if i have connection to RIM servers? can this problem be solved trhough desktop manager?

Yea, check the HRT table. No entries, not connection to RIM.

Pulling the battery to reboot is a highly recommended procedure about 1x week. It clears the cache, frees up memory and solves 90% of the problems a BB is having.

You will need to contact your carrier then and make sure your data plan is still setup.

I am finding this is my problem also ,, difference is i have not yet been able to setup my blackberry, my HRT has been empty and i cannot figure how to "fill it"
any ideas?

Do you have a BB data plan on your account? If not you will never get anything in the HRT. If you do, you need to see upper case GPRS or EDGE on the device in order to get the HRT info. If you have a data plan and still don't have GPRS or EDGE then contact your provider.
