Nice! Fingers crossed that 4.3 will work with T-Mobile service books & browsers.

Do you not have a way to download the OS yet? I guess this means the buyer would have to count on not mucking up the 4.3 OS that's in the phone now - at least until a download becomes available from RIM or a carrier...?

If you know of a place to get a copy of 4.3 for the rest of us to try, please share!

Very nice thanks for the screen shots. I see a few small differences from your screen shots, a few graphical fixes in the way an email is composed and a new contact entry screen.

What else do you notice?

What I see from the pics looks like:

- Voice Notes / Recorder
- Playlists in the music player
- Menu choice: short/full as your default
- Slight GUI improvement with options to distinguish SMS/Email when combined

I will still be most interested in seeing:
- T-Mobile browser / svc book compatibility
- snappy performance
- no disappearing icon folders: I'd like to use these!

...and Wireless Update!!!

Is this a straight 8300? (i.e., not 8310 or 8320?)... I also have no reason to own two Curves...but I'll probably upgrade to an 8310 or 8320 soon -- probably 8320, so I can be sure of getting T-Mobile OS upgrades that work with browsers/svc books, get a subsidized price... and I'm starting to think that since a Curve with WiFi and GPS isn't likely soon, I'd rather get the 8320 with WiFi since I can add an external GPS puck and wind up with both functions and still have a nice sleek Curve in my pocket...

btw i noticed that the browser loads pages much much faster. I found a few more minor changes here and there, but nothing major.

The playlist feature is very handy..and I love the UI for Email, Address Book and Tasks

How did you get this device? I like the look of the address book, e-mail and tasks as well.

Please show us a screenshot of the "Connection Manager" from the home screen. (Usually says "Manage Connections" and looks like a little cell tower icon)

Thanks,

why would you sell an unlocked unbranded 4.3 OS curve instead of the older one you had?

its a ROGERS branded Curve.

I noticed his location & 2 of the screenshots show ROGERS. ;)

Nice deal. Definately worth it and a Fair Market VALUE on the price.

Now I need to know something, any changes to the browser, either in options, settings, or just in rendering sites that previously had issues?

Also I'm interested in its ability to play audio - without A2DP; while still being able to view photos, is this possible in the Curve at all?

Thanks.
