Default Do I delete the vendor file when updating my UNBRANDED Gemini 8520 OS? - 09-23-2009, 02:57 PM

I have an unbranded Gemini 8520 without any logo from GSM provider. If I upgrade the OS to the newer one, do I have to delete the vendor file? Please help me. Thanks to all of you out there.

I would. It doesn't hurt to do so.

You shouldn't have to. The only way to tell is if the OS won't detect when trying to load it on your phone. If it won't, you will have to delete the file.
