I was wondering if this phone is going to be coming out for verizon, i just recently upgraded to the tour and still have a month to switch to a different phone.

The 8530 Aries is the CDMA version of the 8520 Gemini.

It was rumoured to come out when the confirmations of the 8520 hit, but theres been no new info about when it will come out.
