Just curious with versioning in OS black berry.

I've got from Indonesia this one.
8520wifijEastAsia_PBr4.6.1_rel424_PL4.2.0.122_A4.6 .1.286_Indosat.exe

And from other side this one:
8520wifiM_PBr4.6.1_rel449_PL4.2.0.130_A4.6.1.305.e xe

My Question is, which one is the latest one ?
Because I check based on the date, the OS from Indonesia is the new one (downloaded from Blackberry)

Appreciate if some can give some advise on this.
