Hi All

Had my 8520 a few months now and I am pretty much pleased with it and am starting to know my way around all the features.
However, I have downloaded via Email some documents in .doc format which I have saved onto the memory card. The problem now is that when I try to delete these, I cannot get rid of the file. I can delete the content of the file no problem, but the attachment file name still shows. I have tried everything I think.................please help.

I have tried that, it doesn't fix problem

Just to put this issue to sleep. I finally fixed this issue by downloading the Documents to Go software from Dataviz.com, which allows creation of new files as well as the ability to delete files as well.
