On 8520, I am trying to find shortkey for below

1. While call is active, how to activate speakerphone (not via trac pad)

2. When I go into messages, it takes me into some folder other than the SMS Inbox. I would like to open up the SMS Inbox when I click Messages.

1) Press the currency key (to the left of the enter key)

2) Messages > Options > General Options > Email & SMS = Separate. This will give you a new icon just for SMS/MMS messages.

#1 is working.

For #2 how can I bring/replace the SMS icon with the messages icon on the home screen.

You can't replace the Messages icon with an SMS icon, but you can create a new icon just for SMS messages by following the steps I've outlined above.

I have followed the steps but it is not showing on the Home Screen. How can I bring the SMS icon on the Home Screen.

Highlight the icon, press the menu key, select Move. Then move it to one of the first 5 icons.
