I have an 8520 - whenever i hit the TOP play/mute button, it replays the same stupid attachment which was a work voicemail.

If i play my music from my music folder and hit the top buttons, i can hear the same voicemail attachment playing in the background of the music.


Anyone know how i can remove the stupid attachment/wav message from playing when i hit the top PLAY/MUTE key or make it play a normal song from my music folder?

Another question - i deleted the email with the attachment but where would the attachment be on my phone if its still pulling it up and playing it?

So i think i figured it out, but im not exactly sure WHICH one of these fixed it -

1) i removed the battery for a few minutes.

2) i removed the email from my desktop email client as well "im on a work bes server".
