Notification e-mail
 

Hi

I'm new at BB world, and so far i'm very pleased.

I'm posting with a doubt:I'm receiving my e-mails on BB, no problem at all, the problem is that in one day i received 33 e-mails with this:

"This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server."

Any ideas to stop this? It says it will be removed, but nothing.

Sorry for one more (probably) noob question:

I used Windows Mobile before, and i use to see my appointments for the next few days in my home screen. Is it possible in my BB 8520? How? Any free themes with this feature?
