Default How to turn mobile internet off?

Please Login to Remove!

I know how to turn the radio, wifi, etc. off, but I want to set my phone to not access the internet through T-Mobile. In the past iv just been turning off my radio to make sure im only accessing the internet via wifi, but im getting very tired of doing that. How can i make it so my browser will only use wifi connections?

Set the browser to hotspot.
Hotspot can only use wi-fi to browse.
options - advanced - browser - default browser: HOTSPOT
