Default BB8520 airtel to work as modem

Can anybody guide me to do the set-up to make the BB8520 to work as modem to the laptop. i am using a corporate 899 plan . The GPRS is activated .

The latest version of the desktop software includes a module for tethering unless your carrier blocks the module. If you have not installed Desktop Manager, do it and take a look.

If not, see Using BlackBerry As Modem - BlackBerryFAQ. Maybe there is enough there to get you started.

Lightbulb Airtel Gprs

im using BB8520 with airtel, to use my BB as modem do i need to get the GPRS settings saved? if not able to ...all the time the following msg is displayed "your BB does not support GPRS" can anybody suggest me on this.....
