I go directly to the point:

I have a BlackBerry 8530,
I want to install any program or version of program to use skype to do free calls ( i have in the work an account skype package to call all over my country to directly lines).

Have anyone knows how to do that?

Please use the SEARCH feature. this has been covered over and over again. the only SKYPE app for the BB is only for use on Verizon branded devices for the time being.
