Question Stickiness--cleaning or new parts?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone, hoping you can help out with a little problem I'm having.

I was recently out with friends at a theme park, and somehow during the day my Blackberry got damanged. I don't know how, but some stickiness was noticed on the case it was being held in. Anyway, originally the screen wouldn't turn on or anything, but finally later in the day it started working again.

It's working fine now, except for the fact that both the touch pad and keyboard are a little sticky. They still work, it's just annoyng when I press them, lol. Any ideas on what to do? I have insurance on the phone, I don't know if this is covered--I can call Sprint for that. But any ideas on how to clean or replace if it's not covered?

Thanks for your help!
