If you could help me out with this issues I will be forever indebted!
We have 4 Blackberry Curves- 2 x 8550 and 2x 8530. We are using the Balckberry Enterprise Server Express v. 5.0.1.13. Our users can now send and receive, however there are 4 domains that the users cannot send to. They immediately get the red X. The users can send to these people from their Outlook and have no problems there. We are using Exchange 2007. I've tried resending the service books, and IT policies, and still no luck. Please help!
