Default unable to complete BB contact syn with ms outlook 2007

I've rebooted my laptop and reinstalled MS Outlook 2007. Now i want to synchronise my BB 8520 curve again with outlook in order to get my contacts back in outlook. The installation of all software completed without any problem. I can synchronise my Calendar, Memo pad, and tasks fluently. Only when the contacts are synchronising, a message apairs after synchronising already 170/540 of the records (processing device address book - record 170 of 549 records). The error message is: "INTELLISYNC: Unable to put data to an Outlook of MS Exchange record. Lack of network access to MS Exchange Server can cause the problem. Retry and if the problem persists, please refer to the on-line help topic "How do i receive technical support"

I have already reinstalled my desktop software several times, and resetted my BB by removing the battery more than 30seconds so a reboot took place.

I really don't know how to solve this problem and hope for a helping hand because i need my contacts back in outlook for work.
