Default Internet and email stopped working (Orange UK)

I have a 8520, and since my last bill (am with Orange) came out my internet and email services have stopped working. I have checked online and I am still paying for them for this month. I have rung Orange and they resent the activation text that you have to delete then switch the phone on and off. I did this and the GPRS appeared again in the top right hand corner of the screen (had changed to gprs but normal now). However my emails are still not being sent to my phone and I cannot access the internet except over Wifi. I get the feeling that ringing Orange again isn't going to do much good so thought I'd try asking on here.
(I've tried rebooting and my browser is set as 'Internet Broswer'.)

Try the battery pull again. Do it with the power on. Wait a good minute or two this time. Also, see How do I resend my service books? - BlackBerryFAQ. If the battery pull doesn't correct things, try manually resending service books.
