Unhappy recover a file after restore

hello there, I'm a new user, and I hope you can help me!
I have Docs to go 2.0 on my Curve 8520, and restoring a backup file, I've lost an important document written on the BB.
may anyone tell me how to restore that particular file, please?

You had the file in main memory on the device and no copy any place else, then you restored from a backup and the file is not on the blackberry... Is that the situation? If so, unless you have another backup that was done while that file was on the device, then it's gone. The restore doesn't add to what is on the device, it writes over it, so to speak.

Yes, I thought so, but I've installed iCare, a program that allows me to recover deleted files. Is not there a way to access to the device memory, except Roxio?

I don't know anything about iCare. But if the file data has been over-written, you are out of luck, regardless.

As far as I know, the only way to access main memory with a computer is with the media manager application in desktop manager.
