Default help please with BIS

hello im new here and was just wondering if somebody could help me. I have been on contract with orange for around 8 month now and i bought a new blackberry 8520 curve, i rang orange and asked them if i can have the blackberry internet service and they said it had to be done on my billing date, on my billing date i rang again and they said it could take up to 24 hours, so the next day i was still waiting for it to activate, so i rang orange again and eventually got the internet working and the bb chat working, but it wont let me download apps unless im connected via wi-fi, under services status it says blackberry internet service not connected, but if i do a diognostics test it says yes for connected to blackberry, any one know how i can get fully connected?

First thing I would do is a simple reboot: With the device powered ON, remove the battery a couple minutes, replace and reboot, and retry.
