App error 523

How can i fix this...?

I tried to boot it w/o the sim card and still gets the same error, so its not a network problem

Any help on this?

Scroll up to the top of this 8500 section and follow the instructions to load the Latest OS.

I've gotten the 523 error a couple times lately, and doing a simple battery out for five minutes solved it.

But ak's link is good advice, as is just loading the OS again.
