I have a blackberry curve 8520, and have connected it to my wireless connection, and the blackberry says im connected. However when i try to browse the internet, i get an error message saying: Unable to connect to the internet, please try again later

With my blackberry package i have a 'User tools' disc, however i cant use it as i have a netbook, which has no cd drive.

I have payed for the subscription fee, however i'm not user what im supposed to do with it. I think i have to register somwhere so that orange can take the fee but i am unsure.

Any help?

Which cell carrier do you use? It helps to know that. Some block WiFi use without a BB data plan.

By "subscription fee" do you mean that you have a BB data plan?
