Please Login to Remove!

This is my first post

I did search first , but couldnt find anything on my problem. I have a user that has been downloading ALL of his attachments. It is now giving an error that he cannot download anymore because the phone is full. I went to the download folder but its empty. I am new in this position with my company, any help would be greatly appreciated.
