Default 8520 5.0 SMS freeze

Please Login to Remove!

Okay, I upgraded to 5.0 awhile ago, solely for the threading of SMS because it's much, much easier. One person in particular I talk to all the time. We text several times a day. When I first upgraded, I was unable to scroll back to our first messages, it would cause a blank white screen where our threaded texts would be. Then I would be unable to open that thread, unless I did a soft reset. I accidentally deleted the thread, which made the problem go away. But I don't like deleting threads, otherwise I would not have upgraded.

Now, after some amount of texts, if I try to scroll up to view old texts ... my phone will do the same thing

yes, I searched but a lot of the threads were older, so I did not know if a fix was made available.
