I'm guessing it is not you. But if you are still having trouble, I would try resending service books and doing another, longer battery pull.

Also, be sure and do the battery pull with the power on. Wait one to two minutes this time.
If that doesn't fix things, then call the carrier back. If they have separate support for blackberry, ask. Also ask for technical support. Tell them what you have done to troubleshoot. The main thing is to be polite but insistent that they fix the problem. Posted via BlackBerryForums.com Mobile
