Default My phone wont let me load the OS 5.0

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 8520 and I recently tried to upgrade to 5.0 and the desktop managers keeps telling me that no software updates are required for my device. I currently have the 4.6.1.259. Anybody know why I cant upgrade or how to do it?

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account?
Also, have you located and deleted all copies of VENDOR.XML on your PC?

I have a Data plan but Im connected through my wifi internet from home since I dont get any signal at my house. I have a tmobile. I erased the vendor file on the apploader folder. I dont know where else could be another. I have Win7
