Hey guys noobie here. I have had my Blackberry 8520 for almost a month. I use it with t-mobile. When I heard about the update to version 6.0 i was really excited. Today I updated my Desktop manager to version 6.0, but now I can't connect my BB to my computer at all. I have a Dell with windows 7, and the only connection that my BB makes, is that my comp thinks that it is a flash drive. The installed driver was RIM Composite Device.

I really want to update my phone to 5.0, but I can't figure out why it can't connect. I have looked everywhere, but I haven't found a lot about the new version.

I have a Dell desktop here with Widows 7 and my 8520 connects fine with the new software no problem at all.

The only difference I have seen is that a box pops up asking if I want to read the files on the phone, just close that and the new software runs as it should.
