Question My replacement 8520 is a pain! Help!

Please Login to Remove!

Hello!
About a month ago I became the proud owner of an 8520 Curve. All was going well until on Saturday, it broke. Luckily my network were happy to send me a replacement for free as I'd had the phone less than 28 days.

My new 8520 arrived today and it's so different! The first thing I noticed was it has a different battery design, but I thought nothing of it. Then the setup wizard was slightly different to my first phone...and now that's over with, so much is different.
I can't seem to set up an email account. On my first one this was easy, but this one it's only giving me the option of setting up a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server, and not allowing me to use my usual email address.
All the icons are different. The email icon has completely disappeared.
And on top of that, it's telling me I need to insert my sim card.

I just really want my old blackberry back, it was so much simpler :( I'm so confused why so much is different, it's exactly the same model!

If anyone could help me I'd really appreciate it.

First, you need to login to the BIS account you created and use the "change device" option to enter the NEW BB's PIN and IMEI so the service books will be sent, so you get the email icon back.

I don't even know what a BIS account is, or remember setting one up! I'm sorry I'm so new to this!
Where/how can I find this?

Well, I've found my BIS account, but I don't remember the password for it (I really don't remember doing this the first time round), but I can't retrieve my password because it gets sent to my old blackberry which is broken! Sigh.
