okay so i was away from my blackberry when this happened. when i opened my blackberry, it can't access the internet. all my bbm are pending, there's nothing i can do except trying to turn on my wifi to get internet access. my blackberry's wifi are connected with my home wifi, but now it can't be connected, whenever i try to scan the networks my blackberry will reboot by itself for no reason.
i tried doing the ALT LG LG thing, and there's many same event which is bolded: E net.rim.scan - PrfN.
i opened the event which looks like this:
the name: net.rim.scan
severity: error
GUID: 60714307f914d8d5

now my blackberry is like any other normal phone which only can do text and call.
what should i do? HELP PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE

Have you tried a hard reset yet? With the power on, remove the battery for at least 30 seconds.

Do you recall what you did the last time you used the device?

Let us know what happens after the battery pull.

Nothing changed after I pull the battery. :( same like before.

Umm before that thing happened, I was just bbm-ing with my friend. I left it on the table. After few mins I opened my bbm to check whether my friend had replied or not. And I found out that the chat haven't been delivered or pending. During that time I realized there's something wrong with my blackberry :(
