| E-mail Problem Please Login to Remove! Hello - I will try to be as precise as possible. I recently was given- through my work - a Blackberry Curve 8520. Our IT person set up the corporate Outlook Express on this Blackberry. I wanted to add my personal e-mail also which I get through comcast.net.
I used the BB setup wizard and all it asked for was my e-mail address and password. I then had a new icon on the desktop for my comcast e-mail.
However - I am not receiving my comcast e-mail on the Blackberry. I am getting notification of comcast e-mails at the top of the screen but they are not showing up when I open the message icon.
As soon as the icon appeared I received an e-mail from Blackberry telling me to go to my Outlook settings and set the program to "leave e-mail on server". Unfortunately, there is no setting that I am able to find that says that on Outlook - possibly because it is a corporate account?
I have since removed the comcast account from my Blackberry using the Service Book (which I found on this forum).
Anyway, I hope this is understandable and that there is a solution. Thank you |
