i just bought my blackberry 8530 with metro pcs and now everytime i boot it i get a message saying uncaught exception index 4 >=4 and an "ok" button, i press ok and everything is fine but why do i get that error? also everytime im listening to music why does it stop when i receive a bbm or live msn message, and after it plays the sound of bbm or msn w.e then it resumes the music, but i dont see any settings for that ? i had a 8520 and it didnt have problems with the music, it just played it on top of the music so i dont understand :S Thanks.

An "uncaught exception" generally means a corrupt file someplace. the resolution would be to reload the OS. Might fix your other problem also.

See the yellow sticky at the top of the 8500 section for the latest OS for your specific device and for the instructions. Follow them exactly and be patient. It can take an hour or longer.
