Curve - OS v5.0.0.681 specific.

Anyone else had issue with the wireless (WiFi) icon on the curve using the above OS version?

My icon often remains white when my wireless has been disconnected and sometimes greys out when connected. Although this is mainly on the home screen, not on the BB menu screen.

These seem to be intermittent problems though.

it happens to me... i just ignore it... or do a reboot.

i had this issue before and its a strange one but, its simple to fix. do a battery pull form the home screen, remove sim card and replace battery (without sim card) then allow bb to re-boot and find wireless network. then battery pull again, re-insert sim card and re-boot again. job done!
