Default backup 3rd party apps?

just tried with DM6 and it acts like its going to start then errors out, device couldnt be backed up, yes i selected 3rd party apps only

I'd try rebooting the Blackberry, and do it again.

If you still have errors, use the old method outlined in the Sticky thread in our Aftermarket Software section here.
