Hi, I just bought a new blackberry 8520 curve in Hungary. It doesn't contain apostrophes for the letters, facebook application doesn't work,says because of server error, it doesn't play videos on the internet either youtube videos,and I can't integrate my private emails from gmail, sais its because of internal server.

Can anyone help me please?

Do you have a BB data plan activated from your cell provider? You need that for Facebook, email, Internet and all other RIM related services.

The apostrophe I can't make is to make from an e an é, it says when I hold the leter e than the other types of e pops up and i can chose, but nothing pop up.

AH. Different from an English apostrophe.

If those things don't work and your carrier didn't add the correct plan, then you don't have it. You need to call the cell carrier and have them add it to your account and send the service books once it is added.

To get the apostrophes or accents, hold down the letter and scroll the trackball or trackpad until the one you want appears.
