Default BB 8520 won't stop playing audio after deleted.

Please Login to Remove!

Hi.

I sure hope someone can solve this.

I have this annoying glitch with my BB. I am with MTN.

When I send an audio file or receive a voice message via MMS and I delete the file. It is no longer on my phone right? Wrong
Every time I receive a call and I disconnect the call, the last audio file that WAS on my phone just starts playing.
I have no applications or anything open. The phone is on the home screen and there is no trace of the audio file on my phone or in my voicemail.

I have to remove my battery & sim card and put them back again for the audio to stop playing.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Thank you so much & regards
Ctk

Default

Been reported many times. See this RIM knowledge base article.

KB21889-Audio sent in MMS is played back after ending or ignoring an incoming call, after making an outgoing call or receiving a new SMS message.
