Default Hotspot Browser does not load wifi start page

Please Login to Remove!

I'm at a Borders with free Verizon wifi. The network is already set up in my wifi settings. When I click Connect, Borders appears at the top of the home screen. When I set the BlaclBerry browser to Hotspot Browser, it doesn't open the Borders wifi TOS page as it did when I connected last week. Also, when I go back into the browser settings, I find that it has reset it toInternet Browser from Hotspot Browser.

How do I get the Hotspot Browser to open the Borders wifi like I did last week?

Aren't they cute?
