Hi Guys,

My Names Craig & Im New Around Here, Lookin Forward To Getting To Know U All,

I Recently Unlocked My Handset That Was With Virgin Mobile & I Have Recently Stuck My New Orange SIM Card Inside My Blackberry 8520, I can Send & Recieve Txts Fine Make & Recieve Phonecalls Too. & I Can Even Browse The Internet.

Now What I Cant Do Is Send Or Recieve Via Blackberry Messenger (it has that little red square or clock or whatever the icon is when i send a message) I Cant Access Facebook It Says We Cannot Reach The Facebook Server @ This Time Please Try Later (100) & My Emails (which are important) I Cant Send Or Recieve It Doesnt Give Me An Option To SEND, When I Have Tried To Re Setup My Email Through The Setup Wizard It Says your device had a problem connecting to the server.

My Email Provider Is Hotmail - I Never Had Probs B4 I Switched SIM Cards,

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE There Must B Someone There Who Can Help Me

1. Welcome to the forums.

2. It's helpful in reading posts if the posters will use normal capitalization.

3. You need to have a BLACKBERRY Internet Service Data Plan from your phone service provider in order to get BlackBerry Data features such as BlackBerry Messenger, Facebook and Email on a BlackBerry.

So you will need to contact Orange and have them set up the proper data plan
